BALANCED DIET PLAN

Drink pomegranate juice (anaar) twice aday
Cover your face n use sunblock SPF 45 when out in the sun or while cooking.
Eat lots of food, vegetables, fruits containing vitamin C like oranges, pineapple etc.
Wash your face with vitamin E soap.





Before breakfast drink a glass of lukewarm water by adding 2tbsp ispagol, juice of half lemon, 1 tbsp honey, 1tsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, a pinch of lahori namak n kalonji. Drink it daily.( skip honey if diabetic n lahori namak if have high BP)
Drink a glass of tomato juice with half tsp black pepper powder n 2 tsp tabasco sauce in lunch.
